What's included with the catering service?
Buffet tables (including linens), disposable serviceware
(plates, utensils, napkins), Canopy (if necessary), and a Generator

What are the payment terms and conditions?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due
the day of catering
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, credit card
(Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
What are your policies
on event cancellations?
50% deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to a different date or
party. Guest count & event details can be modified up or down until ten days prior to the event. Within one week of the event, numbers
can only be adjusted up.
What exactly is "The Man"?
"The Man" is our world famous hot sauce - hot and spicy, but smooth and tasty... that's "The Man!" Created in the family kitchen, our hot and spicy barbecue sauce has become a regional favorite of barbecue fans. It comes with every event and is something you have to taste to truly understand the full barbecue experience.
The Man is not for the timid! If you are pregnant/nursing or being treated for a heart condition,
please consult with your physician prior to consumption.
Do
you offer vegetarian options?
Yes. Vegetarian lasagna, veggie burgers and other entrees are available
on request. Please call us for information on our current vegetarian
options.

Are there any guest size limits?
Prices vary for parties less than 50 and more than 200. Please call us for details.
How long
will you serve food at my event?
We're usually there at least an hour before the event to setup
and then stay for 1.5 to 2 hours from the event start time. If
you require our services for longer than 2 hours, additional hourly
staffing fees will apply.
